SHE Foundation is committed to promote gender equality and empower women and girls, and to remove any barriers that prevent full participation of women and girls in the public and political life.We are committed to promote full and equal access to social services, education, legal and health-care services, economic opportunities and decent work globally, specially marginalized women and children; they need our support to recognize their rights, achieve their basic needs. We ensure their participation in the elaboration and implementation of policies that affect their development, with full respect for their cultures, traditions and social norms.
We believe that community participation is an essential part of the process of good local governance, and community development. Therefore we consider participatory approaches as critical instruments of our organization. We aim to work with marginalized communities, improve their lives, alleviate their suffering and develop a vision for change that will make a meaningful difference in their lives.
We consider partnership as one of our key organizing principles; we are, therefore, committed to developing, maintaining and nurturing partnerships, including alliance and linkages- with institutions and individuals who identify our vision and mission. SHE Foundation has dedication and commitment to women’s cause, and we follow the rule of mutual trust, respect and friendly environment.
SHE Foundation has developed very clear and concise organizational policies and procedures for all of its partners and team body. We keep everything updated with quality and transparency. Our team of central executive council with cooperation of central advisory board develops all the procedures and policies regarding the projects. These policies may consist of but not limited to the affairs regarding finance and accounting, procurement, monitoring and evaluation, program development, fraud control, resource conversation, conflict of interest, risk management, etc.
